About Velune

Started by a 13-year-old who likes to build things.

Hi, I'm Taha. I'm 13, and I've always loved building things: taking ideas apart, figuring out how they work, and making my own versions.

3D printing turned that into something real. An idea in my head could become an object I could hold by the next morning. I started printing for myself, then for friends and family, and then I turned it into Velune.

I design every piece myself, print it on my Bambu Lab H2D, check it, finish it, and pack it by hand. When you order from Velune, you're ordering from me.

Velune wouldn't exist without the people who believed in it first: my dad, who holds card #0001 as our biggest supporter, and Arooj, our very first customer, who holds #0002.

Common questions
How long does an order take?

Most pieces are printed and shipped in 3–5 business days. Custom orders take longer because they're designed first; your quote will include a date.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders of $20 or more. Smaller orders pay a flat rate, shown in your cart before you order.

Can I pick the color?

Yes. Choose a color on the product page, or ask for a different one in your order note or custom request.

How do custom orders work?

Send your idea on the Custom Orders page. I'll send a quote that you can approve on the Track My Order page. Printing starts once it's approved and paid.

How do I pay?

Orders that ship are paid with Zelle before they ship: after you order, you'll see my Zelle QR code and the amount, and you put your order number in the memo. For pickup or hand delivery, pay with Apple Pay or cash.

How do memberships work?

Each card gives you perks and a discount on every order. Paid cards are one payment for a full year. Nothing is charged automatically. When your year is up, I'll message you to renew. See the membership terms below for details.

How do I care for a 3D-printed piece?

Keep it out of hot cars and direct summer sun, which can soften PLA. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Most pieces aren't dishwasher safe.

Shipping

Orders ship within the US with USPS, UPS or FedEx, with tracking. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days; custom orders ship by the date in your quote. Shipping is free on orders of $20 or more; smaller orders pay a flat rate shown in the cart. Orders that ship must be paid with Zelle before they ship. Pickup and hand-delivery orders can be paid with Apple Pay or cash. Once your order ships, the tracking number appears on the Track My Order page.

Returns and refunds

If your piece arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, message me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and I'll replace it or refund you. Because every piece is made to order, I can't take returns for change of mind. Custom orders can't be refunded once printing has started, since they're made only for you. Refunds go back the same way you paid.

Privacy

I collect only what's needed to make and ship your order: your name, email, shipping address, what you ordered, and your membership details. I use it to fill your order, send updates, and run your membership. I never sell or share your information, except with the shipping company that delivers your order and the payment service that handles your payment. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to place your order. To see or delete your information, send a message on the Contact page.

Membership terms

  • Velune Card is free. Silver is $20 a year. Gold is $45 a year. Platinum is $90 a year.
  • Paid cards are one payment that covers 12 months from the day you join. Nothing renews or charges automatically. Near the end of your year, you'll get a message to renew.
  • If you don't want to renew, just don't pay for the next year. To stop early, send a message on the Contact page. Your card stays active until the end of the year you've paid for. Yearly payments aren't refunded.
  • Member discounts apply to products, not to shipping, and can't be combined with other discount codes.
  • The Black Card can't be bought, sold or given to someone else. It's awarded by the studio, and the studio's decision is final.
  • If a membership isn't renewed, member perks pause until it's paid for the next year.
  • Perks and prices may change. Members get notice by email before any change to what they pay.
